Our structural surveyors did the calculations to enable this to be possible by spanning a 4.5m steel across the opening which almost doubled the space of the room.
We finished the conversion off with a stunning media wall including storage solutions.
Leanne was extremely happy with the result and even the neighbours were commenting due to the outstanding brick match we got with the rest of her house providing another seemless conversion in West Yorkshire.
